RPLC Evaluation Committee
This committee is responsible for the following tasks:
- preparing the strategic plan;
- collecting and maintaining relevant information about the partnership’s activities, accomplishments, and impacts; and
- proposing recommendations for new initiatives.
It is chaired by the Project Coordinator and composed of the Director, Manager, Team Support person, and three other members. Some of the members may be chosen from outside the core RPLC participants. The committee is supported by staff members as appropriate. At the moment two support staff are employed.
